Then tried Apple ID method, didn’t work. Also tried guest login, didn’t work. I need up paying cash at the machine. App is completely broken! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-05-04* Tried this at Watergate Car Park Perth. Wouldn’t even let me log in. I tried repeatedly and even removed and reinstalled the app. Tried Guest Login, Apple & Google. None of them worked. Then tried the advertised phone number and that didn’t work either. Wouldn’t be surprised if it was deliberate so they can then try and penalty charge users. Assume they have a camera. Effectively a scam. ### 1/5 — Scammers *2024-04-16* This parking app belongs to scammers I entered their parking space and downloaded the app and was trying to login while all this time I was in the parking area because their app was not working I left that place in ten minutes now they have send me parking fine letter trying to scare me about taking me to court it is their fault their app not working Apple need to bend this scammer app. ### 1/5 — Obvious Scam *2024-04-06* All machines in car park were broken, man on the desk told me to download the app, which also doesn’t work. As I’ve been parked up for over ten minutes trying to pay I’ve now been told I’m getting fined. This seems like an official looking trap to get fines out of people trying to park up. Get out quick! ### 1/5 — Literally doesn’t work *2024-03-28* Tried to use the app to park in Inverness where there was no other option. No option of logging in worked even when I created a direct account. Therefore we couldn’t pay to park which is literally the whole point. How do they expect us to pay if their app doesn’t work? Feels like a way to trap vehicle owners. Absolutely rubbish. Would not advice anyone to ever use it! Go through the sign up process and then it doesn’t work. Have been fined in the past with this parking company for using a ticket and miss typed 1 number in my reg. had ticket as proof that I’d paid yet they still wouldn’t accept as it was in there small print. Dumber than dumb. ### 1/5 — Terrible and not worth the stress *2023-06-02* I tried to use this in Cornwall and even though I had a strong mobile signal and it showed where I was on the map it wouldn’t show any car parks despite the car park board saying to use it. Usual crap of email and password to sign in to app and also noticed on the board you could use the app for ‘a small charge’ and that decided it for me-I’m not paying more money to attempt to use a crap app that doesn’t work! Found the cash in bits of my car and my wife’s purse and paid that way as the car park didn’t except cards and of course didn’t give change following the usual rip off service they provide! Our friends who were there at the same time had exactly the same problem so I couldn’t have a more negative image of not only this app but also Cornwall council for using it! ### 1/5 — The worst app ever written *2023-01-03* Difficult to use, non intuitive and poor user interface. You could get fined!!! *2022-09-22* I’m glad I read the reviews to see whether something was wrong with the app. I didn’t find the parking location and no obvious way to actually park. Managed to get out of the car park within 10mins to avoid the fine but only because of helpful people on here. The car park I was in also didn’t take any mobile payments so clearly they want to fine you!!! Shocking ### 1/5 — STOP RIGHT NOW and get out the car park! *2022-08-22* If you stay over 10 minutes trying to get this app to work you will get £100 fine sent to you. The app won’t work! Looking at other reviews the app don’t work for anyone else either, if you pay by machine reviews suggest you could also get fined if not paid within 10 minutes of entering the car park. If have been here over 10 minutes then you might as well stay as you are going to get fined regardless and save yourself the cost of paying for the car park down the road! ### 1/5 — Shockingly bad app - getting worse *2022-06-06* An update to my previous 1* review. This app just gets worse. Now at the stage where it won’t work at all. Can’t log in. Button greyed out. Tried everything. Staff in gym constantly apologising for the problems. —- Constant issues with this app. Latest major fix has broken the ability to pay for parking extension through the app so if you’re running late you can’t pay for more time. Run the risk of an extortionate penalty ticket. Maybe that’s a design feature? ### 1/5 — Poor, does not work *2022-05-29* Parked in Newquay Cornwall, unfortunately I had no cash so I downloaded this app. Having used numerous parking apps previously I thought this would work like the rest, with ease. Nope, this app recognised where I was parked but did not know I was on one of their car parks. Deleted, reinstalled still no joy. In the end I ended up leaving even after suppling a significant amount of personal data. Very disappointing and cannot believe that Cornwall council have allowed this company to operate their parking machines. Very poor on all accounts. ### 1/5 — Atrocious *2020-12-01* Have used at Les Mills in Auckland CBD and there is always an issue, even after it has apparently been ‘fixed’. The app doesn’t remember your car details even if they are part of your profile and when you manually add them it crashes the whole app and you have to delete it and reinstall. It also sometimes just doesn’t work at all. I have had to miss classes before and just go home so I don’t run the risk of getting a ticket. Definitely the worst app I have ever used! ### 1/5 — Keeps failing *2020-11-20* Every time I use it I have to re enter my car details. Then it crashes. I then have to restart it and renter my log in etc. Have tried by always restarting the app before trying to park but still have to go through the enter details. Crash. Restart, re-login process every time. Hopeless. Actually not hopeless, it’s terrible. ### 1/5 — Poor *2020-11-09* Perpetually faulty resulting in tickets due to the app failing while away from car. There’s a new fault daily. ### 1/5 — Such a frustrating app *2020-09-16* This app is not intuitive, freezes regularly but the most frustrating feature is that you have to login every time you open the app. I don’t know why it can’t save your user info like every other app!? ### 1/5 — Awful parking app *2020-07-16* While the concept seems convenient, the app is faulty and needs to be fixed. It needs to be properly updated for iPhone X models (can’t always hit back button because it’s blocked). It can be impossible to add time unless you do it at the exact right moment apparently. It’s slow to load. You can’t trust the app to work once you’re away from the car park, and they’ll give you a ticket even if it doesn’t work (they should be challenged on this). ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2024-10-21* Trying like a previous customer to use the app to pay at Milton Keynes station. Can’t log in, despite setting up an account with two email addresses. Both verified. Nowhere to speak to customer service - have had to leave my car for a prebooked train and hope I don’t get a PCN (I bet I do) ### 1/5 — Scam! Get out the car park now *2024-09-10* The app doesn’t work and we spent over ten minutes trying to get it to work. Long story short- we left after maybe 11-12 minutes and my partner didn’t even leave the car. I now have a fine issued to me. Didn’t receive an initial letter either and now they’re asking for £170. Now I’m on hold for 1 hour 41 minutes. Its 1756 and they shut at 1800. Sickening behaviour ### 1/5 — GET OUT THE CARPARK NOW!! *2024-09-04* I stayed in the car park for 11 minutes trying to pay using this app which obviously doesn’t work for anybody given all the one star reviews. I’ve appealed the charge and told them I couldn’t pay because the app doesn’t work and I’ve still been charged £60!! I can’t believe how unfair and greedy their system is. I read the one star reviews as I was trying to get this app to work… Get out the car park now before it happens to you!! ### 1/5 — Scam?? *2024-08-30* Recently parked up in one of the car park’s operated by these anuses. Like any normal car park you can pay by an app provided by the company. I’ve downloaded the app and it does not even let you log in through any platform (Facebook,Gmail, iCloud and Guest). You’ll get a “logging in” message which will spiral for the rest of your life. Clearly something wrong but you are unable to pay for your parking and will ultimately receive a parking charge of £60. Seems like a scam to get more money out of you. Do not use ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-07-27* Its a scam. They purposely have built their app not to work so that they charge fine on your waiting time. Moreover, even if you’ve paid for the parking they don’t send the confirmation anywhere. Unfortunately i couldn’t find my receipt and they know most people won’t be able to so they purposely send the fine by adding few mins extra. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother! *2024-07-14* Was at Tower Carpark in Newquay Cornwall today (14-July-2024) and spent ages downloading the app, attempted to log in using the guest log in, fails to open anything up, then attempted to log in via Facebook (repeated ‘error’ message), then via email which fails to load anything up at all. A BIG FAT FAILURE OF AN APP. Don’t waste your time or phone battery, go get some change and pay with cash!! ### 1/5 — What a waste of time doesn’t work *2024-07-07* Tried to pay at cornwall services , tried logging in numerous times and nothing tried clicking the guest login and nothing, biggest waste of time. If you can pay at the machine as the app is absolutely dreadful, deleted it off your phone for best results and use a pay machine. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work. *2024-06-19* I downloaded the app to try and pay for parking at Milton Keynes station this morning. It does not allow me to get beyond the log in page and having read previous reviews, I am concerned that I will be issued a penalty notice. It seems like a scam. I have reported to Apple but not sure they will do anything. ### 1/5 — Fraud!!?? *2024-05-26* I tried using this app for the first time when parking at Milton Keynes train station. I tried to use the guest login option - literally all it does is light up as white when I tap and does nothing else. So it seems this is a fake option?? I then signed up using my email address. When I then tried to login in, it just loads on the page and when the ‘loading’ notification stops nothing has changed - I’m still looking at my own email and password (that I had literally just set up) on the sign in page. At this point I was going to be late for my train as I didn’t expect to have this hassle. Cut to a few weeks later I’ve got a £60 fine for not paying my parking fee. HOW was I meant to pay if there is no phone number to call to make a payment over the phone like with RingGo NOR is there a website to pay via?? This seems like fraudulent activity as you are not giving anyone the change to make the smaller payment and forcing people to pay the fine instead!!! Furious. ### 1/5 — 1 star is generous *2024-05-17* I don’t write many app reviews. But this app is so very bad I felt compelled to warn off others from wasting their time downloading it. I’m more surprised Apple have allowed something of such poor quality to tarnish their App Store! Words can’t express how bad it is. If you want to experience the frustration and horror I did then fill your boots. Setup is super painful and you have to enter in credit card details manually (no auto fills). Map browsing is glitchy. Refreshing the payments screen results in a ‘Unable to retrieve the existing cards’ error.
