Company didn’t see my account and permit as active, apparently. $300 to get my car back. Screw this app and screw every property that uses it even though they had my car info and driver info on file for a full year. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-11-18, version 27.0.25* Zero stars ### 1/5 — App Malfunction *2025-10-20* This app is so bad, how am I supposed to register my car. When I try to register and wait for an approval is like they don’t want to approve it, so their roaching tow company, can tow your car. Very frustrating. Please fix your request for the love of god. I have been trying to update my phone for several months now and try to reset the password when I try to reset the password I put in the phone number I’m currently using and I get no link to reset the password and I’m not able to change my number. A stupid app ### 1/5 — Privacy Issue *2025-08-28* There is no privacy policy for this app. Make sure your personal information is blurred out or they would give your personal information to tow truck drivers. I hate having to use this app. It is extremely inconvenient. For some reason it wasn’t accepting my old password so I reset it. Even though I just reset it I am still getting the same error. Very irritating. To make things worse, there’s no support that can be contacted to fix the issue. What am I supposed to do? Cross my fingers and hope I don’t get towed while I wait for whatever the glitch is to get fixed? Upon resetting the password using the code sent via text, the password I reset 10 seconds prior leads to “Invalid Login Credentials!” Either my memory is not what it should be, or this awful company simply wants my car to be towed. ### 1/5 — Account Issues *2025-05-15* I created an account on the Smart Parking app, but the name I entered doesn’t exactly match the one on my lease. Now I’m unable to complete the registration process, and the app doesn’t provide an option to edit my name or delete the account to start over. I’m currently stuck and unable to proceed. A feature to update personal information or reset the account would be really helpful. I’ve also tried to find a way to contact customer support for assistance, but I couldn’t locate any contact information within the app or on their website. Could you please provide a customer service number or email address so I can resolve this issue? ### 1/5 — Registering my vehicle *2025-04-26* I cannot register my vehicle is there’s not a C350 on the list for Mercedes-Benz so what do I put on here? I couldn’t call you all because it told me to go to the URL. I did that in the sent it as if it was a fake email I will send you my number, but I don’t want everyone to see my number as well as my email so now how do I get in contact with you? Talk to the front office and they told me to get in contact with y’all ### 1/5 — Stupid app *2025-03-09, version 27.0.15* This is just a stupid idea this should be only for visitors and for residents, if you’re resident and you forget to add your vehicles to the app they will tow you ! That’s really stupid we’re in 2025 fjnd better way, residential complexes should give a special tag for residents vehicles or bar code stickers that all it make it easier !!!! Look like they are working with the tow company to get commission after every tow that’s all !!! STUPID ### 1/5 — Horrible app & tow company’s *2025-01-03* This app is horrible, it glitches all the time and it ends up in getting your car towed. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-11-19* This is app is terrible. Easy way for property and tow truck drivers to make money despite computer error/glitch. I cant even reset my password to access my pending/active permits. This has caused my car to get towed and the scamming tow truck company wont recognize the app error. FIX THE APP!!! ### 1/5 — Easy money *2024-07-18* I couldn't register my vehicle because the property couldn't be selected, and my car was towed from in front of my house. I had to pay $202 to get my car back. I'm trying to reach an official, but no one is available. Later, I learned that I needed to turn off the location information to find the property. In 2024, while all applications ask us to turn on location information, this application requires us to turn it off. It resulted in me getting towed once before, even when i lived in the property already. I would give it 0 stars if I could. ### 1/5 — SMS Issue *2026-02-24, version 27.0.29* SMS messages does not work. I do not receive any and can not sign up. iPhone 12. Steps to reproduce: go to ‘Create New Account’ - specify all data -> Save -> no SMS.
