When I try to connect to my new underfloor heating controller, I just get a message saying “can’t get WiFi name. Ensure WiFi connected and allow app’s location permissions”

Keep getting the same message “Can’t get WiFi name - Ensure WiFi connected and allow app’s location permissions”. No option to manually add devices. Very poor app

There is no app support in English. The app is not connecting to the WiFi router therefore cannot add my underfloor heating device. I’m praying someone is monitoring reviews and can contact me but I’m not holding my breath

App is mainly in Chinese. Can’t change settings on heater controller remotely! Disconnects from controller ever 10 seconds. It have been in a firmware upgrade loop for the last year. Utterly terrible product.

Instructions show you how to connect an initial device when setting up the app but cannot seem to get a second device added and instructions are vague and often in Chinese. Could do better!!

The app is half in Chinese and half in English so very difficult to use. It let’s you set up one on and one off time. So you can have the underfloor heating warm in the morning or the evening, not both. Plus the dates on the timer are Chinese, so impossible to know which day your setting the timer for

Can’t open app anymore, says it can’t find host server.
Also when app did work it wouldn’t set correct time on thermostat, 6 hours ahead !!

It works as a switch and you can change and increase the temperature on the thermostat. But it would be 5 stars if you could connect it to google home.

As previously stated some of it is in Chinese but luckily just the days which I managed to figure out. Can only work out how to set timers for one time of day and it keeps defaulting to Chinese time so my clock is 8 hours ahead. Not great for setting timers. Also when I set the limit to 30 deg my husband had to switch it off as when he went into the room the floor was to hot to walk on as it had gone to 40!
