Muy bonito y todo pero no puedo conectar la app con el PET Feeder de Hongsa por lo que no sirve para nada pues no puedo hacerlo funcionar, intento poner la contraseña y me dice que es incorrecta, ¿pueden ayudarme?

I didn’t have trouble connecting to my wi-if and for the most part does what it’s supposed to do, except it deletes my Auto feed schedule at random times for no reason.
I thought that maybe it’s because it lost power because I moved it to a different outlet and also one day the power went out and the schedule was gone on both occasions (besides other random times). It seems to be a bug in the app but nonetheless I got a small UPS to to try and see if it continues…

The directions are laughable. Steps are backwards so if you follow them, you will do it wrong. Read through and the. Make common sense what comes first, second, etc. There are no options on the app to adjust time to 12 hour clock. At the price point the feeder is sold for, this is a big F U. The video is ok but a seamless program to work with? HARDLY.  Technical nightmare and again China gets the last laugh. Sorry I
 Not sorry.

You can’t use it on your Wi-Fi. The unit itself is a router, no password. I’m not a hacker but that didn’t right. The instructions are useless, you have to figure it out on your own. I want to like this but I think I will return it. This is for the HONGSA pet feeder.

UID doesn’t show up when you connect to the feeders wifi, unable to connect to the feeder and when I did it only showed “offline” or a continuous “connecting”.

I noticed from about 2 month ago the camera won’t remain online, whenever i need to access it I need to unplug and restart the machine. Today I updated the software hoping they’ve improved it, but actually made it useless, it now keeps restarting, beeping  “camera starts” every 30 mins or so, now the time will always be messed up. Please fix this please otherwise I have no option other than throw it away… I realized in some way the “smartness” or “online” feature killed itself when it’s has problem like this

I recently had to get a new wireless router and I cannot get this thing to connect to it I’m gonna have to throw it away and buy a brand new feeder. Rest assured it will not be Hongsa there is no number for customer support you can call and I couldn’t find anywhere on the net that gave me instructions on had to resetting it up with the new Wi-FiWhat a rip off!!!

I loved this! My cat loved it! She would sit by it and wait for treats to magically drop out (laugh) i could go away and not worry about her, she was happy. This lasted for a year, then I had to get a new router, what a nightmare! I have tried everything, day in and day out to reconnect it - nothing! Wrong password it keeps saying and I know it’s the right one! I am diligent about saving the right passwords, even the reset button won’t reset it! My poor cat sits by it everyday now waiting for treats. I am so upset! I have written to the customer service via email with NO response. Please help?

外出時のモニター用に購入しましたが、設定後数日で画面が真っ暗になる現象が起こりました。サポートからの連絡は中国語を翻訳しているのか辿々しい日本語だし、いちいちアプリを入れ直して、本体も再起動しないと戻らないし、また数日、場合によっては数時間で同じ現象が起こります。もう要りません。

This app is amazing for the usage of the smart feeder with taking pictures, videos and even playing with the laser and alerts you if your dog barks or even moves. And you can also feed your pet through this app. Just amazing stuff! Needed it long time ago! Thank you so much!

It’s good to see yours pets while your gone.   

It says you can move the camera to see around the pet and stuff I could not figure that out. I do like the fact that you can play noises for the cats so they know when your about to feed them.

This app and the device I have it for worked five for the first year or so that I had it. Suddenly, I noticed it stopped connecting so I had to reset everything tj factory settings, delete this app and basically start over. With whichever update, the camera is no longer viewable unless you’re in the same wifi. That means I cannot view the camera unless I am at home, which defeats the purpose. Hopefully that is fixed soon.

The instructions to set it up are unclear. When you click “settings” it takes you to a blank page. Nothing to click, nothing helpful. I had to reinstall the app because I moved and connected to a new WiFi and I cannot get it to reconnect to my phone. It worked ok before, but this is such a pain to fix! I might get a different kind of feeder because of this app which is a bummer because I like that there’s a laser pointer so I can play with my cats. 
So frustrating.

The first evening after setup it worked great, the next morning I decided to drop some food in the bowl (so I could stay in bed a bit longer). Device wasn’t connected to the WiFi. Nothing wrong on my end, all other devices were fine. Went through the steps to reconnect and no luck. Tried over a half-dozen times. No connection. This will be returned, and I’m very annoyed because it was exactly what I needed for my cat.

二点改良修正をお願いします。起動したら落ちます。続けて起動したら正常に動作します。毎回こうなのが煩わしいです。
次に給餌の設定ですが、与える量は毎回同じなので、一度何グラムか設定したら、そのままの設定値を表示して欲しいです。常に1分（単位がグラムになっていません。）に戻ります。よろしくお願いします。

それから、動体検知の設定をOFFにしアプリも起動していないのに、給餌機の前に行くと赤外線ライトが点灯します。この動作は正常なのでしょうか？

This product is great. It has a great picture and love the laser function. The app ... needs a easier interface. Crashes occur multiple times when trying to access the app. It’s hard to view SD footage as well. Needs to be better for the price point of the camera.
