I thought this would be fun like every other bead making thing but it was missing all the pieces to it and didn’t even show me how to set it up and every thing I mean EVERYTHING I tried looked nothing like the picture and everything was so expensive!

We got the toy and cannot register.  It says “Oops something went wrong.  Try again later”. We tried it on our iPhones and iPad.  We also contacted customer service with no help from them.  Time to return this to Amazon.  The interface is also messed up.  The keyboard on the app blocks the enter button so you cannot sign up on a phone.  We had to use an iPad to be able to hit the enter button.  Once I figured that out we just kept getting the oops dialog error box.

My daughter likes it. But the app does not provide any way to download more projects to keep her busy.  If we try to use a picture from camera it stretches the image unnecessarily on my Iphone.

It provides option to take pictures and pixelate it. But it does a very poor job of pixelating even at the highest resolution.  I think this can be improved significantly for more fun.

Lastly the app will not let you do anything until pixelator is turned on. This is very annoying as someone might want to take a picture when there is no pixelator nearby.  Also its inability to consume a pic from phone album correctly makes this a big problem.

So, I have spent the past couple of days making some birthday presents for my neighbor. I did the fire truck, airplane and car 3D projects. They looked cool on the app, and worked fine to make, but when I ironed them, the places where they were supposed to fit together melted too much. I tried using a lighter to melt it enough so that I could make them fit together, and it mostly worked. But it has made me angry that they don’t work, and I would like the app to re-engineer the process.
