Information hasn’t been current in the app for weeks. Water came up in the basement 2 days ago. Water splashed up on the lid and battery. **Developer response:** Thank you for leaving this review. Our tech support team can sort out what the issue is pretty fast and get you back in working order. ### 4/5 — Works. Initial UX could be better. *2025-12-11* This is my first smart sump pump. Setting up the Wi-Fi through the app did not work. I have IT networking background and I knew what it could be. I could not find any specs on the Wi-Fi card. After finding an old manual online there is a an alternative way to setup Wi-Fi on the sump pump. And after getting into that way. I found the issue. This Wi-Fi card only supports WPA2 and only on 2.4ghz. I had to downgrade my router Wi-Fi security from WPA3 only to WPA2/WPA3 mode. Only after this and using the alternative way it connected and stayed connected. There has to be a better way to provision Wi-Fi on these things. All in all the app works. I had a service technician come to fix some leak on the check valve and he was testing with the different float sensors and the app did notify me through app as well as email of the different alerts. ### 2/5 — Lag!!!!!! *2025-09-10* Half the time this App doesn’t work…. We do return voicemails if you don't get through immediately. ### 1/5 — Worthless app *2025-06-21* App doesn’t report when the sump pump cycles. I can hear it cycle but the app never shows it. No faith in the app **Developer response:** We are updating our response. We have seen some significant server issues, but we have resolved those. We would love to investigate what the paradox is here. We do know that if you have a battery backup system that system initiated self-tests of the backup pump do not record to the history by design. Outside of that, it should be recording. Please do call us at 269 743 2260.
