## What is Smart Region?

«Smart Region», 
The single platform for all services, provides interaction of the region with housing and communal services enterprises, and institutions providing services, as well as with state bodies, local governments, using the id.gov.ua functionality. This application allows you to pay for utilities of all key suppliers, transfer meter readings, contact local governments and local administrations, apply for administrative services to their centers, and the like.

Everyone will have access to functions:

- Transfer of indicators of metering devices;
- Adding an unlimited number of personal accounts
- Monitoring of accruals and indicators of counters on personal accounts
- Pay

 And:
- Feedback from utilities
- message about the need to pay off the debt
- message about the need to enter meter readings

Through the app, subscribers can interact with utilities.

Як користувач, я не змогла авторизуватися через постійні збої: застосунок або вилітає, або помилково повідомляє про відсутність інтернет-з’єднання, хоча підключення є стабільним, або ж виникає повідомлення про помилку сервера. Такі баги на ключовому етапі роботи з застосунком є абсолютно неприпустимими.
Здається, що базові сценарії авторизації не були належним чином перевірені, що ставить під сумнів якість розробки та підтримки застосунку. Це створює негативний досвід для користувачів та підриває довіру до вашого продукту. Боюся уявити які баги чекають користувачів після авторизації…

Собрать всё в одном- отличная идея, определение поставщиков по геопозиции- отличная идея. Собрать все нынесуществующие глючные приложения и сделать одно глючное- плохая идея. Приложение часто вылетает. И ещё в приложении какие-то долги по всем поставщикам (газ, вода, свет) хотя Долгов не было в помине. Не знаю к каким данным обращается приложение, но они не верные. В Привате не видит Долгов, да и обзванивал всех в этом месяце специально на наличие Долгов- у меня их нет. Данные показаний на счётчике и номер Счётчика не совпадают с расчётным счётом. В общем, не очень впечатлило от первых 10 минут пользования, но если будет дальше развиваться, то +. Но добавление звёзд возможно только после удаления проблем.

Фух, можна видалити окремі додатки для обленерго, водоканалу, газу - тепер є один для всіх цих підприємств, дуже зручно, велика дяка розробникам!;)

Невозможно подтвердить адрес на карте после перемещения ползунка. Если имеется 2 счетчика, идентичная информация вводиться сразу в два поля и ее нельзя отредактировать. 2 минуты работы с приложением заставили вернутся к привычному способу передачи показателей. Идея - 5, исполнение - 2
