They lure you in with a 'free trial' without clearly stating it only lasts one week before hitting you with a ridiculous $7 weekly charge. To make matters worse, the app never even worked for me from the very first day, so I was charged for a service I literally could not use. When I reached out for a refund, they refused to return my money. I feel completely robbed.
