It’s very disappointing that Government has chosen such Idiotic Developers for one of the greatest projects ever. If we have to pay the fine due to the inability of the developers, then what’s the point of having any kind of public service like this. ### 1/5 — Extremely slow *2025-08-06, version 4.0.0* Even after updating to the new version still the app is extremely slow and doesn’t accept the log in credentials ### 1/5 — Pathetic App *2025-07-29, version 4.0.0* No wonder why this app is having only 1star. There is no option to give negative stars else this app would have got a big negative rating. Not seen such a pathetic app before. I have been trying to login with the saved user id and password with this app but it says wrong user id password. I changed my password twice and used the new password but no luck. It shows the same stupid message. I wonder how can a company that too a government company can make such a worst app and can list it in the AppStore. How come it’s management never reviewed this. How their own staff doesn’t use this app. I truly wish H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Makthoum see this. This app and its service should also come under his annual rating about the efficient company list. The app doesn’t work outside UAE. When I try to login from another country it doesn’t load. When I return to the UAE, the app has signed me out and on top of that, it starts to request a password to sign in each time, completely disabling the possibility of using FaceID to login which was possible before. The account is already linked to my email—it’s not like it changes! Having to type it out again and again for every top-up is frustrating and completely unnecessary. Please fix this in the next update and skip the email step for logged-in users.
