智慧店家App已取得經濟部工業局「行動應用App基本資安檢測基準」V2.1的檢測合格證明。

提供小型店家或連鎖店家完善店家監控及安全服務，用戶可透過Web與App端等跨平台介面遠端查看各店點狀況，以便即時掌握快速處理。
 
【主要服務功能】
．遠端多點即時監控：用戶使用行動裝置遠端即時影像監控查看，隨時隨地關心員工上班情形與店內最新狀況。
．全時錄影超大容量：本地端NVR主機全時錄影基本儲存30天影像，可依用戶需求增加錄影儲存容量至60天。
．錄影影像搜尋回放：用戶可選擇IPCAM、日期與時段快速搜尋歷史影像並回放，了解當時狀況以便客訴事件處理或提供影像協助警方辦案。
．主動告警訊息通報(加值服務)：店內如遇災害或緊急狀況，可透過緊急按鈕或手機警報功能，快速通報並立即報警處理，降低人員傷害與財物損失風險。
．入侵告警訊息通報(加值服務)：用戶可依需求啟用IPCAM移動偵測功能，當IPCAM偵測異常入侵時，將主動發送告警通報以利用戶及時處理。
．事件錄影雲端儲存(加值服務)：當發生主動/入侵告警通報時，IPCAM自動啟動事件錄影功能，將影像儲存雲端平台，保留影像不受入侵者破壞。

常常當掉就算了，將近一個月沒錄到有人入侵的影像。既然沒錄到當然也沒收到通知。突然某一天又突然好了又正常錄到有人入侵畫面跟通知，24號又壞掉了，我已經好幾天沒收到入侵通知了。但畫面是可以正常看，問題是我總不可能一直盯著畫面看都不用工作了。

很會累格 很難登錄之後就算登錄了 你回放，卻看不到影像這還要花錢安裝🈶️合約在 消費者不反應不行 反而之前安裝的居家防護還比較好真後悔安裝店家防護（麻煩一下影像回放要有時間日期印在左上角）
