The App is incredibly generic, you can not do anything or even rename the Sensor! If you have 2, then good luck knowing which one has the issue, this need tons of work to make it worth anything. Typical Chinese Apps that are rushed in the App Store for help selling the hardware, then after a while the company disappears and your hardware becomes useless lapsed weights ...

The application has no diagnostic messages nor any helps at all. First, when you enter a US phone number to register you need to add +1 at front. Otherwise it goes nowhere and won’t tell you anything. Then it asks WiFi ID and password but did not say where the WiFi is from. You won’t get a selection list either.  You are allowed to type in assuming you know it is asking the ID from the alarm. Next, no one tells what password is. Finally, I found a hint on internet and manually connect it the search failed with a message Bad Network. It asks me to manually connect through Settings but I already did it. As of now, nothing is working right. Terrible design.
