### 2/5 — Always crashes

*2026-08-05*

Love the app. The style, organization, history view and the education but 3/5 times when I open the app to track something it says “oops something went wrong try again” for how much you pay for this app it’s disappointing how often this happens.

### 4/5 — Great for sleep but rubbish tech!

*2026-07-20*

This app has really helped me to plan and track my baby’s naps and bedtime, it has been invaluable for that. However, the app needs improvement, multiple times I will try to open it and it will just keep loading but not open properly, sometimes I have to keep closing the app and retrying until it works. Additionally you need a good internet connection for it to work as well, I get that this is needed for the AI calculations, however it is really inconvenient when you are trying to live track a nap but don’t have connection, it would be useful if you could still track but be aware that the AI won’t update until connected.

### 3/5 — Free to get, pay to use

*2026-06-26, version 1.7.1*

While the app is free there is not an option to use the app for free there is only the option to subscribe. Most apps have a limited free version and the premium fully unlocked version

### 4/5 — Glitchy!

*2026-06-18*

I have been using this app for over a month now. The purpose is for the nap guessing times which works well when our schedule is off or interrupted. Pampers Sleep Coach automatically adjusts future nap times to accommodate bed time etc. HOWVER the app is glitching and I need to reset my day or the whole app. The sleep time I ended will continue running and this messes up the whole schedule! I would not pay after the free week!

### 4/5 — Great app but so buggy for cost

*2026-06-08, version 1.7.1*

This app is incredible, but I spend so much time being frustrated because of all of the bugs. This is unexcused for a $30 a month app. However, it is worth the frustration, therefore giving because it does have my baby sleeping through the night and when I don’t, she doesn’t sleep as well.

### 2/5 — Didn’t work for us.

*2026-03-17, version 1.6.9*

This is a great TOOL to help with ideal wake windows. However after 2months of use with no improvement, even though the app claimed there was…it’s hard to believe it was the APP that “helped” and not just the phase of the toddler ending or changing. Especially considering the times were the same as what were used prior to app recommendations. To sum it up, I spent 2 months hoping sticking to the same bed and nap time would change her sleep patterns. Which it didn’t, but because I started the app during a very bad sleep week, it believed there was improvement.

### 2/5 — Not worth the money

*2026-03-16, version 1.6.9*

Using ChatGPT was more helpful on sleep advice

### 4/5 — Good app overall, would like a few extras

*2026-03-01*

Really good app, useful for recording everything to ensure you know what’s going on with your baby. Specially in the early days when everything is hazy and you can’t remember what you did when!
It’s helped me and my husband become more in tuned with our baby’s wake windows and sleepy cues (basically she doesn’t do them 😅), we haven’t managed successful nights without wake ups but she does still require feeding so that might come later.
It would be nice if you could add notes to the diapers to track if they were “off” or unusual. And it would be great to be able to record medicine such as calpol doses as well. Also, I can see the time of the nap/sleep on my Apple Watch which is good but I can’t stop or start it from there. It would be good if this could be done for the future, would be especially helpful for night time wake ups.

### 3/5 — Trust Your Instincts, Not This Sleep App

*2026-03-01*

Dear New Parents,

If you're considering this app, I urge you to think twice. As a fellow sleep-deprived parent, I understand the desperation for any support that promises better sleep for your little one. However, I believe you can manage without it.

Many of the app's features, like the Target Wake-Up Time, don't function as intended, leaving you frustrated when you're already overwhelmed.
There is a wealth of information available online about wake windows and tired cues that can offer guidance without the need for a subscription.

Instead of relying on this app, focus on learning your baby's signals and trust your instincts. You may find that the most effective solutions come from your own observations rather than from an app. Save yourself the trouble and stress-sometimes, simpler is better.

Wishing you sweet dreams!

### 2/5 — Not worth it or helpful

*2026-02-21*

I can’t believe this app has so many positive reviews! There are some inconvenient bugs (I am often unable to pause/resume naps from my Home Screen, the app crashes upon opening or won’t load). The functionality is very minimal—yes it’s good for tracking naps and preparing you to look for sleepy cues but that’s about it. For the price of the app I’d expect at least the ability to tailor the program to an individual’s needs (e.g. if the app suggests bedtime at 7 PM and baby goes to sleep consistently at 9 PM NOTHING changes in the schedule, it just resets the next day for a 7 PM suggested bed time). This app is nothing more than a few unhelpful bullet points about sleep theories and a glorified nap tracker.

UPDATE: Developer response suggests reaching out for help through the app which I have done and received zero response.

**Developer response:** Oh dear it sounds like there may have been a bug in your schedule - i'm so sorry this was your experience. The app includes the ability to set bedtime and wake time as well as the option to reach out to our support team if you need additional schedule tweaks. You also have a sleep consultant option for added personalized support as needed.

### 2/5 — Not Worth It

*2026-01-23*

For the subscription price, it would be great to offer sleep training advice for kids who use soothers. Many will get this app to be guided through the sleep training method only for it to be rendered useless because the sleep experts don’t have alternate ways of coaching.

The wake windows wouldn’t regulate to the info I was inputting which almost always resulted in an overtired baby.
Not worth the price.

### 2/5 — Not working properly

*2026-01-23*

I’ve been following the app for weeks and had to give up because it was supposed to increase the timer intervals each night and never changed and my method has been stuck at one day, so every time it asks how last night went and it was bad nothing changes and we don’t progress - not sure if it’s supposed to or it just doesn’t react to your feedback at all to make any suggestions. I agree with other reviews there’s not enough advice on breaking sleep associations gently eg feed to sleep. I can’t get my baby to nap longer no matter what I do but there’s not much advice on this. I have tried asking the expert but I get an error message in app which prevents me from doing so. Really it’s been a waste of a lot of money to put me off sleep training and just accept that I’m not getting any sleep and give up on trying gentle training all together.

### 2/5 — Not for responsive parenting style

*2026-01-16, version 1.6.5*

If you are okay with the cry-it-out method, this could be a useful app. They say they have different methods but it’s basically either harsh CIO or gentle CIO. The nap time predictions are okay, but most of the info is one-size-fits-all advice, not leaving room for your baby’s individual sleep needs. I did appreciate that I could reach out to a sleep consultant and get a timely email reply, but I did find that most of their advice was outdated (sleep begets sleep is a myth). Overall, I regret spending money on the app instead of just listening to my parenting instincts. Also it has several bugs like the widget doesn’t work well and the buttons to stop and start sleeps aren’t able to be pressed unless you put your phone into landscape mode.

### 3/5 — Ehhh

*2026-01-16, version 1.6.5*

At first this app was fantastic. It gave me some semblance of a schedule for my day. But as my son got older, onto 4-5 months, the app was horrible about making a schedule that worked for him. He NEVER took a long afternoon nap, but the app kept saying his 3rd nap needed to be 2 hours. That would have never happened. And some days it said to give him 4 naps at 45 minutes each, and the very next day it’d say 3 naps at 1 hour 10 + each. It made no sense. I wish there was a way to “override” the algorithm. Thankfully I only paid for 3 months, because it was only useful for about 1.5 and now it’s just frustrating to me. It taught me the skills, but now I can use a free app to track his wake windows and it’s so much smoother.

### 4/5 — Great but room for improvement

*2026-01-13, version 1.6.5*

Really great at tracking sleeping (which is its primary purpose), but tracking feedings and diaper changes could use improvement. Would be great if the app told how long it’s been since the last feeding or diaper change instead of making you do the math. When adjusting a paused sleeping it has you adjust by start time and duration when most the times it would have been easier to adjust by start and end times. Also confused on why it always asks to rate the last nights sleeps and then seems to make no adjustments or suggest any articles or tips after bad nights with frequent wake ups.

### 2/5 — Not worth it or helpful

*2026-01-08, version 1.6.5*

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not all it’s cracked to be

*2026-07-30, version 1.7.3*

This is nowhere worth the money you pay for the subscription. The sleep need calculations are wildly off, it doesn’t seem to notice trends and calculate that way. The advice also really isn’t great if you want to work a more gentle way. Don’t waste your money on a subscription.

### 1/5 — Continued charging me $60 every three months after I cancelled in the app

*2026-07-01, version 1.7.2*

I downloaded this app to try, but at some point I decided I wasn’t using it really so I cancelled and forgot about it. It no longer showed up under my iPhone account subscriptions and the app said I had no subscriptions when I opened it. However I realized when I saw a $59.99 charge yesterday that it’s charged me 2-3 times since I cancelled. I had to log in to the website to cancel fully and they did offer a refund for the ONE charge but not the multiple charges.
Tired of apps and company with predatory practices

### 1/5 — They keep charging even when you have cancelled

*2026-06-16, version 1.7.1*

They keep charging your card even when you have cancelled. Be very careful! I can’t get ahold of anyone for a refund. Super shady

### 1/5 — WASTE OF TIME

*2026-05-13, version 1.7.0*

Took me through a 10 minute process to define my baby’s sleeping habits and then when it made the plan it told me that you had to pay.

Waste of time it could have told me at the start the cost so I could have deleted the app straight away.

£120 a year is outrageous

### 1/5 — Subscription HELL

*2026-04-30, version 1.7.0*

This app uses Paddle to process its transactions. If you sign up with your Apple account, you will be in hell trying to cancel, sent down endless roads of AI perdition, all the while racking up $60/mo charges. Go get Huckleberry instead.

### 1/5 — Not worth paying for

*2026-04-16, version 1.6.9*

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The sleep tracker is pretty easy to use but the AI predictions are very hit or miss. It says if you have concerns about the schedule, to message support but they take your email then never reply. The AI schedule is now so off it’s useless and no support people have emailed back after two weeks and three inquire. Even the chat bot doesn’t reply after claiming someone will reach out. Also even after you mark that baby has woken up from over night sleep, it keeps the sleep timer counting up on the lock screen which feels like it’s mocking you when your up with the baby 45 minutes before they should be

### 1/5 — Common sense

*2026-03-25, version 1.6.9*

This app “walks you through” a bunch of of common sense info about sleep that you can find for free anywhere else. There are no new or novel tricks or tips to getting your baby to sleep. It just has you take a quiz to see which type of sleep training will work best for you. However, if you are like me, and you already put baby to bed drowsy and have a steady sleep routine but bay will just scream like a banshee the moment the are put down.. crickets. Even from the “sleep expert” That youre supposed to be able to consult with. Also, when you’re exhausted and getting up all night already, who’s really going to grab their phone and log all the actual wake up times? Not first on my agenda, so stop congratulating me my baby slept all night when really we were up all night 🤣

### 1/5 — No help

*2026-03-15, version 1.6.8*

This app basically outlined what I was already doing with regards to napping, nap times, wake windows etc and my 7 month still doesn’t sleep. In fact when I would try and put her down at 7pm for example as directed by the app, she would wake every half hour through the night rather than her previous every 3-4 hours.

### 1/5 — Not worth paying for

*2026-03-09, version 1.6.8*

### 1/5 — Clunky

*2026-01-08, version 1.6.5*

I downloaded this to help with night time waking and a possible 8 month regression. It’s really clunky logging when she wakes though the night and I can’t see anything I logged this morning. If I can’t log the problem, how can the app help solve it? Suggestions seem to be how to get her to bed which isn’t my issue so overall, not helping us!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — First time moms must have!

*2026-06-21*

As a first time mum I didn’t know what I was doing wrong I couldn’t understand the sleeping cues and I didn’t know how many naps she should actually be having so for the first 2 months our sleeping was chaos and she was always crying me not knowing it’s cause she needed to sleep. This app has helped workout the routine that she should be having and now my baby is the most smiley and easy baby and because of the sleep times the app suggested she has learnt her sleep times and I now know what I’m doing with her.
There’s a lot of baby apps especially for sleeping yes you pay for a subscription but it’s the only app that’s worth it!

### 5/5 — Worked for us

*2026-04-16, version 1.6.9*

We struggled once we hit the four month sleep regression but this app and its sleep method really helped. One thing I’d say is to make sure you do the courses, otherwise you’ll only be using the tracking part of the app. Great!

### 5/5 — Great app but takes forever to open

*2026-03-31, version 1.6.9*

Please fix this part

### 5/5 — Life saving

*2026-01-14*

I haaaaate doing wake window math especially when naps don’t go as planned. You still need to follow common sense of course, it’s an algorithm, not a parent. But it saved my life when I was too tired to figure out what I should be doing and when. Now I just play with my son until I get the notification he needs a nap soon and just live my life!!! He went from sleeping in 30 minute chunks to 12+ hours a night

### 5/5 — Worked AMAZING for my 2 year old

*2025-10-28*

We put off sleep training for a long time because we enjoyed cuddling with LO, but with #2 on the way, decided she needed to be able to get to sleep by herself. We tried a few things, but it wasn’t working. Looking back, it didn’t help that we were not the best at sticking to a plan for more than a week or two for fear it wasn’t working.

After 3 weeks she goes strait to sleep within 5 minutes with very little if any fuss. And she is no longer waking up in the night most of the time - used to be up 1-4 times each night.

Couldn’t be happier. The suggested sleep times for bedtime have been very helpful in predicting when to put her to bed, especially when weekends get a little off our normal schedule.

### 5/5 — Worth it!

*2025-09-20, version 1.6.2*

I thought I would do the free trial to prove that this app wasn’t worth the cost. I was wrong! Within a few days, my infant was napping better - going from being awake for way too long (like 4 hours…) to napping every 1.5-2 hours. The schedule auto-adjusting is also massively helpful so that we can be flexible each day. The app also helped us pay attention to sleep cues and set a bedtime routine. Now bedtime takes 20-30 mins instead of 1 hour or more. We’re also only having 2 wake ups each night at 5-6 weeks old. Pleasantly surprised with this app and will happily pay ~$20/month for good sleep!

### 5/5 — Intuitive. Surprisingly smart.

*2025-07-08, version 1.6.0*

Somehow this predicted my baby’s sleep with precision from day one — mind blown. Working now to help her sleep better at night.

### 5/5 — Problem with app

*2025-06-12, version 1.5.9*

I have been using the app for 1.5 years now no issues whatsoever and today not working at all doesn’t even show that my baby needs to sleep it’s absolutely empty

### 5/5 — So helpful

*2025-04-18, version 1.5.8*

I used this when I thought I was going to lose my mind from lack of sleep. The support it offers and the variety of options it offers are so great. It’s customizable to what you comfort level is and it truly is so helpful, especially the in app timers and notifications to start getting ready for sleep.

### 5/5 — Love

*2025-03-31*

This app is amazing!! It covers everything and then some for a lot less of a price than other programs. The “sweet spot” predictor is always spot on and I love that it shows the schedule for each day based on wake times. I also LOVE the “what if” tab when you log a wake up. It literally feels like my little companion reminding me of what I’m doing when baby wakes up and I panic about sleep training. It’s made it much easier to stay on course. It also has great content that supports your emotional health through sleep training and set backs. Overall, I was very surprised with how much value this app has added to my life. I use it religiously and I hope to encourage others having a hard time figuring out infant sleep to try this. I will continue to pay monthly for a bit longer just for the schedules (naps, wake windows and bedtimes.)

**Developer response:** LOVE this! Thank you for sharing what a great experience you've had with the app! It makes us so happy to know we have helped!!
