회원 가입시 아이지 5 자리로 되고나서 비번 찾으니까 아이디는 5자리 이상 이어야 된다면서 먹통. 정말 절망적인 앱이네요

The APP quits unexpectedly when I am at the final step to connect the wifi. It kept crashing at the final step. I totally cannot connect the door lock due to the APP kept quitting.

Totally not user friendly and rubbish APP to connect the door lock.

Totally useless, doesn’t login any more, rendering pretty much all the smart functions useless and the Bluetooth bridge useless. Hope this is resolved soon and the Bluetooth bridge doesn’t just end up as e-waste.

I shouldn’t need an internet connection to use a lock locally.
