Zen’s quest to understand her and your body’s internal guidance system (IGS) is beyond brilliant!  To say that this woman is gifted, would be understating her skill and research.  Zen is a genius at figuring out how to support while teaching you how to work with your IGS.  She has the courage to admit if she’s made an error and is humble with her successes.  She is an excellent mentor, she doesn’t let you get away with crap, (sometimes you need that kick in the pants) and has the kindness, empathy and support that everyone can benefit from.
