I tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app but it keeps crashing. Also, there’s no guide on how to pop up the QR code on the watch itself again once been connected to a device. Every time u need otp to login. 2 Avg pace number is appearing more than max pace how it is possible ? 3 initial pairing took lot of attempts nearly 30-40 times then got paired on IOS Rest features are pretty good. Those who are facing connectivity issues on IOS pls delete the previous pairing of the device by doing forget this device and then try again. Regret the inconvenience caused. ### 2/5 — Not suitable for Apple *2022-10-06, version 1.2.21* Hi, This app not showing any notification in the Apple phone, I’m totally disappointed with the performance of this application and watch. Apple phone users please don’t choose this watch. ### 2/5 — Very limited watch face. *2022-10-01* The watch faces are very basic and limited. Like some watch faces does not show all the information, like if i choose a watch face with all the info like steps, HR, etc. the watch face is BS. And some cool looking watch faces does not even show the date, i mean like its a digital watch at least it should provide all the info at glance like a real smartwatch and who would even purchase a smartwatch to set a classic watch face. My one recommendation is work on your watch faces and include more watch faces and design watch faces that at least shows the time, date, Battery %, steps and heart rate at the same time. And yes i know i purchased a titan smartwatch, and I’ll let people know that its a titan smart watch if asked, just letting you know that the titan branding on the watch face is unnecessary if you care so much about branding then you could’ve engraved the brand name on the side rim (opposite side of the home button) of the watch or on the strap of the watch. ### 2/5 — Please Thinking before buying *2022-09-19* Not able to measure sleep data .. it’s quite disappointed with user experience with Titan smart watch .. most of the smart watches are working Much more good than this .. really really disappointed!!!! ### 1/5 — Pairing Failed *2022-09-09, version 1.2.20* Hi, Can someone help to pair with iPhone 13,I tried several times .
