Pour tous ceux qui n’arrivent pas à se connecter, il faut que votre téléphone autorise la localisation et l’ouverture au réseau pour cette application ! Sinon on ne peut pas configurer la connexion avec le module….. voilà 4 ans que je cherchais à faire marcher ce matériel.
Je vous confirme au passage , l’application est nulle et pas stable. Grosse honte à une marque aussi connue dans le monde de la piscine.

Les informations remontées de la PAC sont en différées d’au moins 10h. Cela ne sert à rien pour ajuster mes réglages à distance. Très déçu de cette application non aboutie. Serveur Hayward non accessible = pas de remontées d’informations. A quand une mise à jour? Cela fait un an que rien n’a été fait...!!! On n’est pas pris en considération par cette entreprise. A fuir. Ajout avis septembre 2021: Impossible de régler ma PAC à distance en 4G, alors que cela doit être un fonctionnement normal !!! Hayward se fout de ses clients. Je regrette mon investissement.

Ajout 21 mai 2022: Remise en route depuis 8 jours et aucun historique ne remonte de l’application!!!!
Application de plus en plus aléatoire et non stable. Quand elle fonctionne, surtout ne plus changer un paramètre ( température ou cible) sous peine de se retrouver avec 0 degré en cible.
Bref Hayward se fout complètement de sa clientèle.
C’est dommage car la PAC fonctionne bien, mais moi je l’avais acheté pour la contrôler à distance et là c’est le drame…
Cet avis concerne les PAC piscine Hayward et Majestic à travers Cash Pi…ne.
Marques à fuir quand on veut intégrer une PAC piscine connectée dans sa domotique.

Cela a fonctionné à peu près correctement pendant 1 été. 
Cette année, à la mise en route, aucune communication entre le module et lappli. 
Après maintes tentatives de config , après avoir désinstallé et réinstallé à plusieurs reprises, le bilan est nul: aucun configuration de lappli n’est possible. 
Produit absolument à fuir. Aucune stabilité et niveau didactique = zéro
Merci hatward : 350€ à la poubelle.

Rien ne fonctionne sur cette appli.
Dommage car la pompe à chaleur fonctionne bien, mais l’app c’est un fiasco.
J’avais acheté cette pompe à chaleur pour la piloter à distance mais impossible, une honte !

La Ligne Technique est inexistante, le produit est défaillant.
Je déconseille ce matériel.
