Good app overall with little difficulty pairing but it would be good to add a changeable interface for reading the watch.

I have the M5S smart watch, and whilst the watch is very good, it will not sync to this app. The watch connects fine and I can use all the functions. I just can’t sync the data. I pull down on the main screen and it looks like it’s doing it, but no data gets transferred. I’ve tried the smart time pro app also, but have the same problem. It’s a shame as it’s actually quite a nice cheap watch!

Update after dev response: Nope. I tried that. I tried everything. In the end, I threw the watch in the bin.

Further update following 2nd dev response: I threw the watch away, so I can’t give you info on the about page!

Hello, I am a user and I am very happy with how the app and the watch have performed I would like to note several bugs and issues I have noted. The biggest of which is the sleep tracker. I have tried to troubleshoot and adjust the watch however this seems to be deeper than that. I saw in your version notes that you patched the sleep feature in version 2.6.8 and wanted to give some feedback on what is wrong with the feature. It has consistently and accurately been able to track when I fall asleep. However, it is not monitoring the sleep throughout the night. It only tracks that I go into a light sleep for exactly 46 minutes every night and then wake up which is of course not the case. Some nights it doesn't track any sleep at all. But 8 days ago it readout that I sleep for -1 hour and 1 minute. I'm not sure if that is a graphical glitch or a bug but sleep is one of the features I want in a smartwatch. Other notes are I noticed there's no basic work out setting or one for weight training and was wondering if there was one that would work or if you would consider adding one. I also really hope you would update the software in the future to automatically sync with the app, without syncing the app reads data out of order. The all is simple to use and I enjoy it but I wish there was more customization and fine-tuned setting. The find phone feature doesn't always seem to work either. Automatic blood pressure monitoring would be nice too but if that could be an optional setting it would be great. Just some ideas and wished to chew on. I am very happy with the watch so far and hope it improves in later updates. Thank you for your time.

**Developer response:** The watch sleep will be turned on at ten o’clock in the evening and turned off at nine o’clock in the morning, during which it will be automatically measured. After sleep, you need to connect to the app to synchronize sleep data, otherwise it will be overwritten by the following sleep data. If the problem is solved, please don’t forget the five-star Praise

Syncs fine for most things but not blood pressure or heart rate and no connection to Apple health which if added would hugely improve the app and the watch

The watch is nice but the app is pathetic. Keep crashing and doesn’t sync up by itself. Also doesn’t have the correct data with Apple health, e.g. if you have 1000 steps over the day it only sync p may be 700-800
