Atualização: Por favor, atualize o aplicativo para a versão mais recente disponível na App Store. 2. Recuperar compra: O seu plano vitalício não foi perdido! Basta abrir a tela com a oferta premium, rolar até o final e clicar em «Restaurar compras» — o acesso completo voltará a funcionar imediatamente. 3. Sobre o horário: Os dados de rotina e tarefas ficam salvos localmente na memória do aparelho. Por esse motivo, ao desinstalar o app, o próprio sistema apagou a base local. 4. Queremos te ajudar a recuperar tudo: Para amenizar a situação e poupar o seu tempo, envie seu horário para o nosso suporte (como PDF, foto ou link). Nós mesmos montaremos toda a sua grade e enviaremos um código para você importar tudo pronto para o app! Nós respondemos a todas as mensagens (por favor, verifique também a pasta de Spam). Hello. We are deeply sorry and sincerely apologize for the immense frustration and wasted time caused by your schedule disappearing twice. You are completely right to be upset, and we want to be fully transparent with you: Yes, we absolutely acknowledge that a rare bug causing timetables to reset has surfaced in recent builds. It is not happening across the board for everyone (otherwise the App Store would be flooded with thousands of negative reviews), but unfortunately, your specific device setup fell into that small percentage affected by this edge-case glitch. Please believe us: this was completely unintended and never done out of negligence. We recently deployed a massive internal architecture overhaul aimed at making the app significantly faster, smoother, and adding long-awaited multi-day views. We tested the update extensively, but due to the sheer scale of the rewrite, this tricky bug slipped past our testing suite. Right now, our entire team is actively investigating and working on a permanent fix. We understand that earning a second impression and restoring broken trust is extremely difficult, if not nearly impossible. However, we humbly ask you to give us a second chance: **our team is ready to manually rebuild your entire timetable for you!** Please send us your schedule source (a photo, screenshot, PDF file, or link) to support@smart-timetable.app or via in-app support. We will manually input all your classes, rooms, and times, and send you back a shareable code to restore your entire schedule in one tap.
