Paguei e não tenho acesso aos canais

**Developer response:** Hi! Our app does not sell subscriptions or provide channels. It is only a player for playlists supplied by users. If you paid someone for access to channels, that payment was to a third-party provider, not our app. Channel access and subscriptions are fully controlled by your provider.

Após atualizar não funciona mais os canais streams ao vivo ficou muito ruim

**Developer response:** Hi! The app doesn’t provide or control live channels or streams. It only plays content from your own playlist. If channels stopped working after an update, it means the playlist or provider changed. The app itself doesn’t affect stream availability.
