## What is Smart?

Smart-VPN is a free VPN client app for Vigor Router users, allowing the client to establish secure connections with the Vigor Router with ease. It supports a range of advanced VPN protocols, including IKEv2 EAP, IPsec XAuth, SSL VPN, EasyVPN and WireGuard.

INFRASTRUCTURE REQUIREMENTS
-Full VPN Support (including SSL VPN):
Vigor2135 Series, Vigor2763 Series, Vigor2765 Series, Vigor2766 Series, Vigor2865 Series, Vigor2866 Series, Vigor2927 Series, Vigor2962, and Vigor3912 Series.
-Standard VPN Support (excluding SSL VPN):
Vigor1220 Series, Vigor2136 Series, Vigor2767 Series, Vigor2867 Series, Vigor2928 Series, VigorC410 Series, and VigorC510 Series. 

- An iPhone/iPad with iOS 15 or later.

Doesn’t work on iOS 16. Was already terribly outdated. Now doesn’t work at all. Also Draytek vpn is slow. Support have no answers.

The app works fine but there is no simple step by stem guide explaining how to set up the router. 
For SSL VPN you need to generate a self signed root certificate.  Then use draydnns to get a local Let's encrypt certificate.  Then make this local certificate the default certificate. 
Don't forget to download, and install, the self generated Root Certificate to your phone. 
Once the certificates are in place the rest of the documentation seems OK. 
Ipsec Xauth is more straight forward but ensure the keys are installed in general Ipsec set up rather than the VPN profile.
