It wouldn't log me in didn't recognize my password and then told me I wasn’t registered! After I had synced and used it seamlessly for two days! It kept saying when trying to open it that it wasn't synced with my watch when it was! So I re-downloaded and it refused to log me in. I give up this is pure junk. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t keep track of heart rate on App *2019-05-14, version 2.1* Honestly, I got this watch for heart rate monitoring and step counting. It is pretty good about counting steps, from what I can tell. The watch has accurate heart rate detection, too, but the data isn’t uploaded to the app as data for steps is. So, according to the app I have no heart rate data ever. Even sleep info uploads, so I have no idea why this would be, but as a result I need a new watch. ### 2/5 — Issues with the data recorded *2019-05-11, version 2.1* I find the watch helpful however the vibrating of my watch as I go in or out of a few meters away from the phone is annoying. Very unhappy!! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2019-02-04, version 1.4* Won’t let me register, don’t get this app, don’t waste your time ### 3/5 — Old vs New SmartWristband *2019-01-28, version 1.4* “SmartWristband” is the OLDER version, the NEWER version is SmartWristband2, both are Firmware V028, and there is no noticeable difference between the various options, etc., within the two Apps. CURRENT ISSUES: •If you bought an “S3 Smart Watch”, know that BOTH the older and newer version of the Apps: (SmartWristband + SmartWristband2), Are currently having the issue that it “FAILED to REGISTER” “could not connect to server” •The ability to contact Support within the iTunes App Store, using the “App Support” is NOT working, clicking that, only takes You to the KKasong Page, which is in Chinese, and the Translate to English option does not work+Neither does Google Translate. While You will NOT be able to save Your data online, You CAN still use the App, just select “SKIP”, and the App will take You to the internal screens. ***UPDATE: 01/28/19=Don’t assume Your Registration did NOT go through, because When I attempted to Register again today, I received a, ‘Account Already Exists’, so I went ahead and attempted to log-in with my email address+password I used when I initially attempted to sign-up & it worked‼️😁👍🏻’ FYI, there really is not a difference between the SmartWristband (OR) SmartWristband2 Apps INTERNAL OPTIONS: •HOME:Exercise,Sleep, Heart Rate •EXERCISE:Jump Rope, Treadmill, Jumping Jack, Sit Ups, Basic Exercise Tracking, and Your Exercise History •DEVICE:Message Notification, Alarm Settings, Sedentary Reminder, Find Wristband, Wristband Remote Control, ‘More Settings’,(Find Lost Phone, Home Screen Option, Sleep Preference, Do Not Disturb, Screen On, Clear Data, Update Device), and Unpair •PERSONAL:Personal Info, Exercise Target, Apple Health, Help, About, Feedback, and Login (login isn’t currently working for those who without a previously created/registered account) ### 1/5 — Just OK *2019-01-20, version 1.4* Not too bad when it’s working but loses Bluetooth connection at least every couple of days. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2025-01-25, version 2.3* Will not charge Useless ### 1/5 — Fit *2024-04-26* Fitbit is going in the trash. The print on the user’s manual is so small I had to use a magnifier to read it. There was no charger included in the box although I could insert one end of the watch directly into my 5V USB charger. After it was charged I tried multiple times and multiple methods to connect to the app via Bluetooth on my iPhone 12 with zero success. It has no where near as many functions as advertised. Keeps switching to cycling mode for no reason. No clear instructions provided & not user friendly at all. A terrible product & falsely advertised to the extreme. Avoid like the plague. Now the app it won’t stay connected to Bluetooth I’m shielding so not leaving house and it won’t sync automatically have to remember to do it manually or data is lost it looks like a lot people aree having this problem. And no way to get in touch unless you can read Chinese ### 1/5 — Would give 0 stars if I could *2020-05-08, version 2.2.1* Was excited to get my smart watch, spent ages looking at different ones on the internet and just my look a picked this dud. Aesthetically pleasing but the functions that it’s supposed to have are a load of rubbish. They’re falsely advised for a start. But my main frustration is the fact it’s NOT accurate, not even a little bit. It doesn’t track my sleep.. reckons I’ve had 53 seconds or a couple hours n silly times when I’ve slept for a full night. The camera and music is just a remote for your camera and music on your phone, but you have to have your camera open and then hold the watch button to take a pic.. why would anyone want to do that when it’s easier to click on your phone, or for a shot further away set a timer coz you’d have to be pressing the watch and probs not the best pose for why you’re taking it. And if I walk down the stairs or just down the hall in my home it vibrates to say it’s disconnected to Bluetooth.. for a lot longer than a set alarm 😳 and it doesn’t always give you call/txt notifications.. even when you’re connected on Bluetooth. ( especially one that can track your steps an your heart rate) good starter watch 😄 ### 5/5 — Very happy so far! *2017-12-10* I got the watch off wish for about $10. It quickly and easily synced to my phone. It was easy to set my preferences in the app. So far it has done everything as said. It’ll start my music on my phone from the watch and you do have to get into the camera from the app for the watch to take the pic but that’s easy enough. I’m very happy with it so far! ### 5/5 — Great cheap alternative to Fitbit *2017-03-06, version 1.1.2* I ordered my "Smart Wristband" from China via AliExpress for $19.98 including shipping after thinking about getting the big FitBit for almost $200. This is the app that goes with the Smart Wristband, and it's been great! It does all the same things and the app is easy to navigate. I haven't noticed any bugs. The only thing is that I should be getting notifications on my watch from my phone for text messages and calls and it only works 30% of the time which is really frustrating.
