## What is 대한민국 SMART 헌법?

대한민국 임시정부 헌법부터 제헌헌법과 현행헌법에 이르는 대한민국의 모든 헌법을 담았습니다.

대한민국헌법 제1조
① 대한민국은 민주공화국이다.
② 대한민국의 주권은 국민에게 있고, 모든 권력은 국민으로부터 나온다.

민주공화국이란 주권이 국민에게 있고, 국민이 직접 뽑은 대표자가 국민의 권리·이익을 위하여 국정을
운영하는 나라를 의미합니다.

개정된 법조문도 적시에 업데이트를 해주시니 가히 최고입니다.
다만 한가지, 아이패드 전용으로 화면비율 호환성을 맞춰주셨으면 하는 바람입니다. 이동 중에 핸드폰으로 보는 것도 편리하지만, 아이패드의 큰 화면으로 보는 경우도 꽤 많고 화면비율만 갖춰진다면 가독성도 그만큼 훨씬 좋을 거라 생각됩니다.
