Can you have it store your login or even better set for biometric. However, that is not always the case. A lot of instances it is so frustrating to use. It relies heavily on OTP for payments and it is so slow to send those OTPs. I can’t figure out why they can’t make use of face ID to verify the transactions. That is a much safer way anyways since if someone lese is transacting using my phone, the OTP will just be sent to that phone anyways. Anyways, I really hope this app catches up on techology. So I topped up 500 PHP to make the purchase. When I went to try subscribing to the plan again, instead of using my credit (which is sufficient for the purchase), its instead charged my credit card, so I ended up paying twice unintentionally! The most disappointing thing is that support can’t provide a refund. It’s pretty dodgy that they’re not using Apple’s In-App purchases program so you have little protection. Feel completely scammed. Also - the user experience of this app feels like that of a casino. Obviously trying to make you buy things you don’t want/need. Very disappointing. Please do better with your billing. If credit exists - use the credit first. This credit expires in a year and should ALWAYS be used first. Does Smart have user experience designers? If they do, either they aren’t doing their job OR they get overruled by the marketing/business department. ### 1/5 — Service quality and ease *2025-04-09* For over 24 hours I have been trying to contact Smart about my service being down, there messenger service is “ down for repair “ they say use tge SmRt app but the does not allow contact Snart for help or questions, and when you finally get a chat bot, it ask if you want to upgrade and says pick from menu. Made my account and got the WiFi to work. Then I decided to buy the month long WiFi plan. I put in my debit card info. And it declined, I thought it didn’t work so I tried again. My bank then told me fraud alert, probably because I’m in the Philippines so I type yes to say that it is indeed me buying this product. I try again it still doesn’t work.
