Viele Produkte - eine App. Das passt nicht, wenn die Dinger so unterschiedlich sind. Support kann man anfordern, kommt aber nicht.

Schlechtestes Produkt aller Zeiten!!! Die Hardware mag ja noch ganz passabel sein, aber die Software insbesondere diese App hat es nicht verdient als solche bezeichnet zu werden. Ständig vergisst der Roboter seine Karte, Saugaufträge werden „vergessen“, sporadisch einfach nicht gestartet, Zimmer Aufteilungen sind ohne Erklärung „nicht möglich“, u.v.a.m… Zweifache Anfrage beim Entwickler blieb bis heute unbeantwortet. Wirkt als wenn diese App von Praktikanten programmiert wurde und ohne Qualitätssicherung einfach durchgewunken wird. Lieber auf Original Roborock umsteigen
