Inițiativa este bună, însă termenul de 30 de zile pentru răspuns este, sincer, dezamăgitor. Am observat că după ce trimit un mesaj, primesc un răspuns automat care menționează cele 30 de zile, dar nici după 60 de zile nu primesc un absolut nici un răspuns. Chiar și după o a doua sesizare identică în care și menționez ca nu s-a răspuns la prima și s-a depășit termenul, situația rămâne nerezolvată, iar răspunsurile automate doar amână problema. Din păcate, această aplicație pare să urmărească mai mult bifarea unor standarde pe hârtie decât să ofere soluții reale.

Ar fi util un sistem de rating al sesizarilor, astfel s-ar putea acorda o mai mare atentie celor considerate mai importante.
