## What is Smartan Rehab?

Smartan Rehab is the home exercise companion for patients of Smartan partner clinics. Your physiotherapist sets your programme, you film each exercise with your phone, and every set is turned into a 3D replay your care team can review.

YOUR PROGRAMME, EVERY DAY
See the injury you are recovering from, your current phase and today's session. Exercises are grouped by body area and the app picks up where you left off.

FILM HANDS FREE
Prop your phone up and start with a thumbs up or by saying "start". Show an open palm or say "stop" when the set is done. Switch between 0.5x and 1x to fit your whole body in frame. Seated and lying exercises can be filmed in landscape.

SEE HOW YOU MOVED
Each set is replayed on a 3D body with knee angles, range of motion, tempo and hold times, so you and your physiotherapist can see your form, not just a rep count.

STAY CONNECTED TO YOUR CARE TEAM
Link your clinician with the ID on your referral, see your appointments and initial assessment, and keep your sessions in one place for your next visit.
