Support couldn’t help — they simply don’t respond. При натисканні відкривається та сама модалка для введення коментаря, і відповідно, я можу його переглянути/відредагувати. Можна зробити часове обмеження - протягом години, після або тільки перегляд, або як зараз. Потреба: може бути помилкове відправлення/збій/невпевнений чи надіслалося.
