### 4/5 — Great to analyze lifts

I don’t really rely on the in-app camera just because there’s been a few faults, but I have relied on my external camera and then uploading the videos for analysis and that works much better anyway. I’ve improved on my velocity and range of motion based on what I’ve seen with my squats deadlifts and bench press, which varies depending on what weight I have on the bar. Great companion app to juggernautAI.

It doesn’t always save your lifts. Prompts too often to download Juggernaut AI without the option to decline the only option is to click okay which takes you to the App Store. Otherwise I like the idea and the lifts that did save were helpful to my training.
