## What is SmartBarIQ Staff?

SmartBarIQ Staff is the staff app for bars, restaurants and hotels that run SmartBarIQ.

When a guest orders from their table, room or the pool, every phone on shift rings — with a sound you choose, even when the phone is locked — and keeps ringing until someone takes the order. Everyone sees who took it, so no order is missed and none is made twice.

• New-order alerts: chime, bell, alarm or soft tone; urgent alerts break through Focus.
• Shifts: start and end your shift in the app; the bar kiosk shows who is on shift.
• Take the order: one tap tells the whole team you have it.
• POS tick: mark each order as entered in the hotel POS — often reception does it.
• New order: create an order for a guest (room, table or name) in seconds.
• Several venues on one phone, each with its own alerts.
• Hebrew and English.

To use the app you need an account from your venue: scan the venue's Order-alerts QR code (or your personal code on the kiosk), then sign in with your staff PIN.
