There’s no in app email option. I have called and emailed several times in the past few months so that I could be prepared and have my insurance policy number ready for an optometry visit, and still I have not received my insurance card. Am I to call each individual provider for my employee benefits to request a separate card? Overall this app has been unhelpful, I can’t even see my username. Very user friendly however once enrolled I didn’t see anywhere that I had insurance/ was actually enrolled. I only got a medical card in the mail and when I called the dental insurance company listed on the app they said they didn’t have me registered. I think once enrolled the app should also include the corresponding member numbers or have some sort of confirmation that enrollment is successful and that the benefits are now in effect. ### 2/5 — Medicine link does not work *2021-06-29, version 3.3.2* I like Smart Ben but every time I try to use the envision RX it will not bring it up. Love the new update! *2018-09-24, version 2.0.1* This app was already great, but the new update makes it even better. The dashboard information is a lot easier to read, and I really love the PIN authentication for logging in instead of having to remember my username and password. I also love the My Cards feature, that allows me to take pictures of any of my insurance cards and store the images in the app, which is super convenient...I don't have to dig through my wallet to locate a card anymore. And you are not limited to just storing health, dental, vision, etc. cards...I was able to add an image of my car insurance card too.
