Contact us tab is just a dummy i guess because if you send any email or something they will not even revert. Seats of the cycle is not comfortable at all, there is no bell in every cycle which should be there according to me, you always have to maintain minimum 100 rupees in the wallet but if do not want to continue you will not be able to withdraw any of that. They should shut down this business in chandigarh right away. ### 1/5 — Dont book waste of money *2025-03-30* I had a terrible experience with SmartBike Hyderabad. I went there expecting to enjoy a nice night cycling, but out of the 15 bikes available, none of them were working properly. All of them showed low battery and were unusable. It was such a disappointment, especially after traveling a long way to enjoy the ride. If you're planning to come here for a good cycling experience, be aware and don't fall for it. Don't waste your time or energy; this service is incredibly unreliable. ### 1/5 — Locking issue *2024-09-13* After ending ride , cycle could not be locked immediately and the same has been done through support centre. The lock of the bikes are broken and does not even open and bike even not paused, called at their customer care and it was of no help. While parking the bike their map showed - not an authentic stop even though a bike station was there and top of it the bike was not even getting locked again called them and they said we will pick up the bike and will refund your money but nothing has been done till now it’s been 5 days . ### 1/5 — Really a very bad experience. *2024-02-22* I have taken this bike and planned to drop it on next docking station but In map they were showing but actually its not there to drop i was going for 25km(5 stations according to map they were showing) started ride at 8:30pm now at 12:41am mid night still not able to find an drop station and haven't reached my home yet. You should verify the location you marked. One or two can be mistake but this is too much ### 1/5 — SCAM! money no refunded *2024-02-04* Guys, don’t put money in this app, after using your cycle they have no option to refund the money. You will have to call or email them separately and then also they don’t refund. It’s been over 45days now, they haven’t refunded the money and have stopped replying on email. It is a request to App Store to block this app, it is a scam! **Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience. Please share your registered phone number and we will escalate the issue. First of all the app was not responding at all. After so much try it was able to scan one bike. I paid the initial amount as it asked me to do. The ride started but bike didn’t unlock. Tried ending the ride and restating but nothing was working. After half an hour had to leave without even riding the bike. The ride stopped after 4-5 hours and the charges reached to somewhere 500 rs. ### 1/5 — Scammers won’t return money *2026-05-09* I rented a bicycle in Chandigarh. Since I was new to service, they asked to sign up and minimum add ₹100 to account! On asking, whether the unused money is transferable, they agreed and told it’s part of the process and wallet money can anytime be transferred to source account. First the lock of the cycle was not okay! After using it I parked it back in station and faced lock issue, customer care helped in locking the cycle. I came back home and after a few months, I realised that I was overcharged, raised it with customer care and they issued a credit in wallet. Later when requested a refund of wallet money which ramain unused for months, app showed it will be done. Did dozen of follow ups with customer care team, didn’t get any satisfactory help. They would always say it will be done in an hour or in a day; after calling back after a day — they would repeat the same script again. Wrote emails, got no response. Fed up of follow-ups and I think I have lost all my money in this process. Wrote this, so you don’t make the same mistake as I did. FRAUD!!!! ### 1/5 — Non Responsive app, incorrect lock status doesnt let you take action. *2025-07-12* The App is non-responsive when you try to lock or unlock the so called smart bike. The lock unlock status is incorrectly shown on app so it doesnt let you take any action. I can help with bug fix free of cost. At night , There is no support on-site and limited smart bikes available ~25, most bikes you get will be low on battery or zero, though you can get the manual ones. Too much of wait time, bad connectivity of app and bikes. This really needs to be addressed as there is considerable crowd waiting for bikes. Four of us went, and each of us faced issues — one cycle’s pedal was not working properly and was extremely slow, another was uncontrollably fast, and one had a faulty handle that made it impossible to control. On top of that, they had very few cycles available, and the access was not at all easy. Extremely disappointed. We had to recharge ₹300 for such poor service, and my friend even ended up paying ₹400 even though she couldn’t properly ride the cycle. By using a SmartBike, one does not have to go through the struggles of finding a parking spot, struggles to secure an Uber ride or unnecessary expenses on petrol. I enjoyed the little push I got from the bike. The light works great which is especially useful when riding at night.
