Basically they blocked search results therefore we cannot book anything from USA, it’s kind of dumb as majority of tourists are from abroad. Compras por valor de 100€ 3 días en Europa y a la hora de elegir hotel no sale ninguno disponible y si hay alguno te cobran siempre de más. Don’t waste your money *2025-12-29, version 2.27.2* I received a “Secret Santa” smartbox and have tried to activate it multiple times, but both their website and their app just throws an error and the automated “helping” system doesn’t give you the option to speak to a person despite giving proof of ownership/receipts. Y las que tienen , te cobran 50€ más que lo que cobra el establecimiento, entiendo que quieran ganar , pero oyes 50€ por encima de lo que cobra el establecimiento es pasarse . Lo que tengo muy claro es que ni pienso comprar ninguna caja para regalar y si me la regalan la devuelvo . También hemos tenido una mala experiencia con otra marca. No creo que sea solo un problema con Smartbox. Cada vez que me juntaba con mi pareja para mirar por internet donde podiamos ir, todos los sitios decentes tenian un co-pago. Tampoco me interesa ir a pasar una noche a una pensión de Albalate del cinca. El regalo era de 100€! Muchos sitios donde hemos intentado canjear la caja regalo, te obligan a contratar dos noches y otros servicios no incluidos.
