Constantly losing connection despite strong Wi-Fi, means the camera can’t be used. This needs to be fixed asap as it is impacting the basic functionality of the device. I saw an ad about this, and was so curious how it would work. Ordered online easily, but there was a shipping delay. Customer service was excellent and responsive. Pairing the tool with the app was super easy. Tried it out and the tool works as described, so strange to see the inner parts of one’s ears. My ears feel clearer after use. Not sure if it’s just psychological, but they feel clearer. Must be careful not to overdo it and cause damage, but overall am definitely satisfied with the purchase. ### 5/5 — Great device and easy to use *2023-02-23, version 1.0.10* I was amazed to see the amount of wax I had in my ear! Having used it tho I don’t think I’d actually recommend it at all, I thought using cotton buds was bad but I can see this leading to a few accidents and perforated ears drums, it wouldn’t be too hard to make a mistake with this.
