## What is Smartcard Deals?

HOW IT WORKS: Smartcard Deals has partnered with participating local restaurants and merchants to offer you exclusive savings when you pay using your Smartcard Deals App.

PARTICIPATING RESTAURANTS AND MERCHANTS: We’re constantly updating our participating merchants and restaurants within the Smartcard Deals App. Sort through our partners alphabetically, by distance, or savings. Hurry – restaurants only provide a limited amount of savings for customers to use each month. Keep checking the app to see updated savings opportunities near you.

PAY NOW OR ADD FUNDS TO YOUR DEAL HUB ACCOUNT: After creating your account, link the credit or debit card you want to use. You can add funds to your account in advance or simply use the “pay now” feature to fund the exact amount of your bill when you pay your check. Be sure to tell your cashier you’re using the Deal Hub App, then launch the app and enter the exact transaction amount. Savings will be automatically applied! Provide the participating merchant with your transaction number once you’ve settled your tab.

Please note: Gratuity is not included, please show your appreciation and tip your provider separately on the full amount of the bill.

Security: All credit card data is double encrypted – so you don’t need to worry about your information being stolen

Bug Fixes

Unexpected logouts fixed — The app was incorrectly signing users out when the deals list came back empty (network hiccup, etc.). That's squashed. You stay logged in.
Guest login flow fixed — If you were browsing without an account and tapped "Login" from a deal screen, the login wouldn't actually stick. Now it does.
Discounts tab scroll fixed — Scrolling to the bottom of the Discounts list was jumping back to the top 2–3 times before letting you stay there. Fixed.
National Coupons refresh fixed — Refreshing the National Coupons tab could show a "not loading" error. The page now properly reloads.
Deal of the Day popup fixed — The daily deal alert wasn't showing up due to a parsing error. It's back.
Back button visibility fixed — The back button on the National Offers screen was white-on-white (invisible). Now it's visible.
