Logs out every time you try to do something. Glitches. Closes. I can’t transfer any BPAY or repayments over due to it logging out. I can’t even get the the screen where I add details to transfer information for these “choices”.

Everything about this app is a disaster. The interface is not user friendly and it lacks basic functions. If you’re going to force thousands of people to use this at least make it usable. How can such a huge organisation really be so incompetent?

This is the dumbest thing ever created.It can’t be used ,you can’t create an account.What’s the point then if people have to wait on the call for over an hour for you to answer just to activate a card

Worst app ever. Glitchy, complicated, and useless. People will gamble and buy alcohol no matter what you do, so stop trying to stop them. You make everyone’s life harder.

This entire app is just a mess. It’s complicated, glitchy, and just flat-out stupid. I was forced onto the program against my will because I temporarily moved to a certain area. And they said it has to risk my wellbeing in order for me to quit the program, which is atrocious. This is the WORST card I have ever been on, and I’d recommend to stay as FAR away from it as possible. Disgraceful.

Overall it’s okay but would be a lot more convenient to be able to save bpay details and have a pin to log in. Relatively small changes but would definitely be handy.

It dose not save bpay or transfer information! 
I have to manually type all the account info every time i want to pay anything ( not so easy when you receive online statements )
