Painful If I enable FaceID, why don’t you let me go inside the app quickly. Why is this welcome screen again and again? And it won’t let you paste IBAN and bank account details in so you have to enter them manually every time Then asking the assistant for helps it has no options to investigate this …. Clicking on the button for email / WhatsApp / phone contact - none of them work. It’s almost like they are deliberately making it difficult for you to submit a claim for refund … how bizarre ! Ultimately I was asked to submit through email and the helpline person failed to mention that i have to send another form including the bank account details.
