The app takes forever to load any media, which makes it challenging to see your children’s photos. lastly, they’re now charging parents to use a checking account to pay their bills. I understand a credit card fee, but a direct pay checking account. Just seems like they’re robbing parents. ### 1/5 — Flawed Set-Up *2024-12-10, version 3.15.1* Makes no sense how this is set up. Charges don’t even post the day of services but only a couple days later and by the time they post that your bill is ready, a late fee has already attached!
