We hope to hear from you! ### 1/5 — Absolute garbage, horrible privacy *2025-11-22, version 3.5.0* This app is an absolute garbage. It does not let you share the recoding with the provider. I don’t see any option to export or actually send it. On top of it, it tried to sell your data and data of child. Do not recommend. ### 1/5 — No update for new phone models *2025-08-25, version 3.4.0* I’ve used this app many times and it’s saved me in dozens of trips to the clinics for my kids. But I upgraded to the iPhone 16 (a year old phone) and the app is not up to date with it. So I no longer can use this app or camera that cost over $70. It’s really annoying and now I have to take my son to the doctors tomorrow to check out his ear which will cost 2x as much as a virtual appointment would have been with this camera. Beats taking a trip to Urgent Care! ### 1/5 — 2022 iPhone SE Not Supported *2024-03-27, version 2.8.0* I just got it and tried to open the app. I got a message that my phone is not supported. I have a 2022 iPhone SE. The website says basically every iPhone back to the iPhone 6S from 2015 is supported and it says “iPhone SE (Gen2.0)” supported. ### 1/5 — Not compatible with advertised phone models *2024-03-23, version 2.8.0* Packaging says this works with iPhone13 but most definitely does not.
