## What is SmartCinema?

Mobile app of the cinema «SmartCinema» is a convenient service for online purchase of tickets for real fans! Buy movie tickets convenient and easy: the current schedule of sessions and electronic tickets that do not need to print is always in your phone. 

Log in to the application using bonus cards and see the bonuses on your bonus account.

Buy tickets online and store QR-kode
Buy tickets in mobile application using the card. E-tickets do not need to print - they are automatically saved and opened in the application. Just show them on your smartphone controller at the entrance to the cinema.

Choose the movies and watch a movie premieres
Read a short description of the movie to quickly navigate the choices. Learn about new films in the schedule and to buy tickets for the best seats in the cinema.

Bonus card «SmartCinema Club» is always with you
Log in on the mobile app and see the bonuses on your bonus account, which are charged for purchasing tickets via the mobile app and merchandise at the bar theater.

Вже більше року як неможливо додати квитки в Apple Wallet. Також хотілося б, щоб при купівлі квитків на телефоні не вимагалося його перевертати.

Додаток виявився розчаруванням. Спочатку я не змогла підтягнути картку — щоразу з'являлася одна й та сама помилка, яка не дозволяла завершити процес. Я звернулася за допомогою до адміністратора кінотеатру, але, на жаль, вона була не тільки абсолютно безпорадною, а й не привітною. Не змогла надати жодної допомоги, що тільки посилило враження від сервісу. На жаль, цей додаток та підтримка не виправдали моїх очікувань((

Кінотеатр класний, подобається туди ходити. Додаток жахливий.. він сам по собі перевертається, обрізаються частини екрану, інтуїтивно незрозуміло як замовити квиточок.

Купити квитки через додаток - це ще те випробування. Незручно! Якщо незручно - не буду купувати 🙃
Ввести промокод - теж із проблемами. Доводиться телефонувати у підтримку. 
Нарахування бонусів - теж лише через підтримку. 
Квитки у додатку не зʼявляються. Добре, що на пошту приходять.

Насколько отвратительное приложение, что я впервые в жизни пишу отзыв в Апп Сторе
Пол года назад зарегестрировался, когда логинился писало «перевірте інтернет-з’єднання» , причём  поспрашивал у друзей ни у одного меня такая проблема, прошло пол года, решил снова зайти загрузил обновление, ну думаю можно же за пол года выпустить обновление чтоб приложение РАБОТАЛО!! Но все стабильно, та же ошибка, причём решил зарегистрировать новый акаунт, раз на этот не заходит, нажал регистрация,  выбило «упс, страница не найдена»
Мусор, а не приложение!
