It says that the inverters are offline, however I have installed other app called SmartESS and that app is working fine, however does not show the info that SmartClient did - I really liked when the power was totaled from my 2 inverters so I did not have to check 1st and then 2nd and add the power manually. Also I liked the charts totaled from both of the inverters on one page. I called my friend who got this same controller and he got exacly this same problem. I can’t teach my mother & father to use it. The app should be minimalist and easy to use. The problem i am facing is the time log on map starts from midnight instead of in the morning. To be able to download granular data to my laptop for detailed analysis like output patterns through the day. Currently only aggregate daily data is made available. 2. To be able to aggregate data within a user specified date range. If we could get some feedback and previous data history of a year back, also it would be fantastic.
