## What is SmartConfig Configuration Tool?

The SmartConfig app is used for the configuration of Senticon's Intelligent Room Controllers and Smart Room Sensors. The tool connects to the device using Bluetooth connection. Once connected to the device, the SmartConfig tool interrogates the device and provides menu of all configuration settings. Via menus it is possible to configure the devices to the application requirements and customise the displays. Using the buttons on the toolbar it is possible to backup and restore the device's application to the phone memory (stored in the user configuration and saved over power cycle).

Version V1.20 includes new JSON configuration files as follows:

### 1.19 — 2025-12-23

Version 1.19 supports new JSON files for TCR81/82/83 (Fw1.31), for xCR10/11/12/13/14/15 (Fw1.77), for xER10 and xER14 (Fw1.62) and for xDR20 Fw1.19

### 1.18 — 2025-12-01

Version 1.18 adds support for xCR10 series firmware 1.76.

### 1.17 — 2025-10-08

V1.17 introduces individual json file support for xCR10, xCR11, xCR12, xCR13, xCR14, xCR15 and xCR03 controllers. In addition, individual json file support for xER14 Smart Sensors added.

### 1.16 — 2025-09-02

Version 1.16 will provide upgrade to JSON files for the following new products and firmware upgrades.
- JSON file for xCR10 Fw1.72
- JSON file for xCR04 Fw1.17
- JSON file for xER10 Fw1.58
- JSON file for xDR20 Fw1.18
- JSON added for xCR12/13/14/15 (uses xCR10 json)
