### 1/5 — Zuverlässigkeit und Funktionalität nicht vorhanden

Das System von Pluggit und die damit verbundene App ist eine absolute Frechheit. Die einzelnen Lüfter verlieren ständig die Verbindung der angezeigte Filterwechsel ist schlichtweg nicht verfügbar, geschweige denn ist eine Steuerung außerhalb des WLANs nicht möglich. Zusammenfassend ist die Zuverlässigkeit des Systems sowie das Look and Feel und die Funktionalitäten weder zeitgemäß noch den aufgerufenen Preis wert.

Leider ist die App eine einzige Katastrophe, immer wieder verliert sie die Verbindung mit dem System, die Modi in den verschiedenen Zonen schalten sich wahllos um. Grauenvoll.

Die App verliert ständig die Verbindung
Die App zeigt den aktuellen Modus falsch an. Zum Beispiel: Man stellt Automatik ein, also Wechsel von Zu- und Abluft. Die Anlage läuft auf im Automatikmodus. In der App wird bei der nächsten Nutzung nur Zuluft angezeigt.
Die Steuerung ist unintuitiv und umständlich, v.a. bei der Steuerung von Timern.

Es kann leider nur eine SmartControl-Steuerung pro Netzwerk aktiv sein; für eine weitere Steuerung MUSS ein weiteres WLAN erzeugt erden! Ich habe drei Stockwerke mit Lüftern und muss jetzt für jedes Stockwerk ein eigenes WLAN erzeugen… schlimm genug, dass dies so gewollt ist, aber nicht einmal im WLAN dass zur Steuerung gehört wird die richtige Steuerung gefunden! 
Es kann doch nicht sein, dass man in der App in demselben WLAN nicht die SmartControl-Steuerungen durchschalten kann? Wenn jede SmartControl-Einheit eine feste IP hat, muss das doch gehen!
Bitte dringend nachbessern!
