### 1/5 — Can’t Even Submit a Review – What’s the Point?

I spent all this time filling out every section of the review, got green check marks across the board, and still couldn’t submit it. No error message, no explanation — just nothing. Total waste of time.

Also, it’s ridiculous that they require a section about yourself when writing a review. People read reviews to learn about the company or service, not the person writing it. Forcing users to share irrelevant personal info just to leave feedback is a terrible user experience. Fix your platform.

On the app version, allow users the ability to sign in using their Google account (same as desktop version.) Also, allow biometric sign-in. Thank-you!
