Non ricordando più la password del mio Apple Watch ho dovuto ripristinarlo come nuovo,al riavvio si sono installate in automatico tutte le app che avevo nel mio iPhone tranne questa,allora ho provato a riacquistarla nel Apple store ma non posso dato che mi dice acquistato e non posso scaricarlo di nuovo, ma dell’app non c’è traccia ne nel Apple Watch né nel mio iPhone..praticamente non posso più usare lo Smart drive

I’ve had the Apple App for over 2 years, but haven’t had to use it since I installed the Speed Control Dial. My controller stopped working last night and I was left stranded. I tried to use the app on my watch but it was no longer available on my watch or my phone. When I searched the App Store, I can see the app listed but I can’t do anything with it. I can see that the app was Purchased, but it doesn’t allow me to do anything but forward the 4 screenshots provided by the manufacturer when they uploaded the app to the store.

Not having a way to operate the SmartDrive is not only frustrating, it’s unacceptable. Customers pay a pretty penny for this unit, we deserve a usable app or switches that won’t leave us stranded.

What reviewer Apjret said two years ago!   In the learning tool, I try to get the hang of doing the double tap in a way that it will detect but even with lots of practice, it’s hit or miss. They need to change the sensitivity. Especially given that the app turns off frequently after a short time (another bug)… it’s maybe 100 times more likely to miss a double tap, than detect one that wasn’t intentional so the sensitivity should definitely be adjusted way up!!!!!!!¡!¡i

ADVICE: THE APP MUST BE INSTALLED from the App Store ON THE WATCH. At least this is the case if you got a new watch. It CANNOT be installed using the App Store on iPhone or the watch app on iPhone.  THIS IS NOT DOCUMENTED ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE AND APPLE SUPPORT IS NOT AWARE OF THIS EITHER.  IF YOU CAN’T FIX THIS, AT LEAST DOCUMENT IT.

After updating to the latest version of the application and updating the smartdrive to the latest version of MCU it has stopped working. It is now impossible to link it. If it is off and you click on link smartdrive it detects one that does not exist and if you do it with the smartdrive on it tells you that there are several smartdrives on. So unfortunately after two years of use I can no longer use my smartdrive while you do not look for the problem. And it was the product that allowed me to go out on the street calmly.

I am really confused as I have bought a smart drive mx2+ and one of the benefits was being able to control from my Apple Watch. However, I’ve come to download it and it has a greyed out button that says ‘purchased’ but there is no option for me to download it.

Apparently I’ve already purchased this app however I’ve never tried to use it. And it doesn’t even allow an iPhone 12 or Apple 9 series watch to pair with this app…which are relatively new devices. Little confused at smart drive apps as they seem to be more like dumb drive and obsolete apps.

I purchased an Apple Watch for the use of my smartdrive so I didn’t look like I was wearing multiple watches and it does more than the new smartdrive watch. But it doesn’t seem to be available at all. Sad considering how much much the smartdrive is and now this. Think smoov is the way to go, as I’ve had no end of issues with this smartdrive! Permobil once again another disappointment.

I don’t know when, I don’t know how or where it will happen. But I’m convinced this app which regularly doesn’t work with my SmartDrive MX2+ will be the death of me. Will it be a cliff? Incoming traffic? Or a face-plant into a curb. Only time will tell.
