Allerdings verliert die Uhr immer wieder die Verbindung. Manchmal hält sie 20-30min, aber insbesondere wenn man eine zeitlang ohne Unterstützung fährt ist die Verbindung meistens weg. Sehr nervig, da ich die Unterstützung meistens kurzfristig an Steigungen benötige. ### 1/5 — Good app *2024-04-22, version 1.0.01* Happy to finally get this app available on Apple Watch until today. I had to unpair and then re-pair my watch and found that I had lost the app on my watch. Searching high and low on my phone and watch to try to find it finally found it in the App Store but there was no way to reinstall it just to share it with people on my email or messenger list. it was a good app while it lasted. I noticed today that the app has disappeared off my watch. When I go to the App Store it tells me it is purchased but that is grayed out and I cannot reload it. Very very disappointed in this app after waiting so long! ### 4/5 — Tapping issues *2024-03-01* The setup was smooth . Great speed But sometimes I have to tap 4 or mor times to get it going. My biggest concern is if it doesn’t stop when I tap I hit a wall curb or people. I have hit a few walls lately . I love the AP though cause I can go faster than the manual control. And I don’t get tired . Great product with my Apple Watch Ultra 2. ### 2/5 — Great idea, if it would stay connected *2024-02-10, version 1.0.01* Took forever to figure out how to get the app onto my watch as there isn’t a companion phone app. The directions regarding settings are really poorly written so I only figured it out by searching YouTube videos and Reddit threads. When I finally got the watch connected and the settings adjusted, now it constantly disconnects from the smartdrive while I’m in motion. I can get at best a few minutes of assisted motion before it beeps and disconnects. Would prefer to use my watch but I guess it’s back to the wired control knob. ### 1/5 — Not working *2024-01-14, version 1.0.01* The watch is not detecting my taps and the app support goes to error 404. ### 1/5 — 購入済み *2023-12-22, version 1.0.01* iPhoneの中にはなくて、使えません。 ### 3/5 — Randomly fails to start/stop motor *2023-11-14* The app connects with the SmartDrive quickly after turning on and chimes to respond to taps - but it randomly fails to activate the motor even though it plays the sound to acknowledge the double tap. Sometimes I need to double tap 3.. 4… 5.. even 6 times to get the motor to start - or stop. I’ve stopped using the power assist in spaces where there is limited room to stop after multiple instances where double taps have failed to turn off the motor and I’ve been slammed into a wall (sometimes with enough speed to flip the motor under my chair). In other cases, inadvertent hand motions that were not taps have activated the motor - so often I end up turning off the SmartDrive and pushing manually to avoid. Hate the PushTracker that came with my SmartDrive - needs charging multiple times per day and I find the interface cryptic. I used to use the drive daily, but now it stays off most of the time - I much prefer the AppleWatch, so will continue to leave my SmartDrive off except when I have a long distance to go with ample room to stop…. ### 3/5 — Verschwunden!? *2023-11-11, version 1.0.01* Musste die App nochmals löschen. My controller stopped working last night and I was left stranded. I tried to use the app on my watch but it was no longer available on my watch or my phone. When I searched the App Store, I can see the app listed but I can’t do anything with it. I can see that the app was Purchased, but it doesn’t allow me to do anything but forward the 4 screenshots provided by the manufacturer when they uploaded the app to the store. Not having a way to operate the SmartDrive is not only frustrating, it’s unacceptable. Customers pay a pretty penny for this unit, we deserve a usable app or switches that won’t leave us stranded. ### 1/5 — important advice!!! good but one HUGE problem. *2024-08-31* What reviewer Apjret said two years ago! In the learning tool, I try to get the hang of doing the double tap in a way that it will detect but even with lots of practice, it’s hit or miss. They need to change the sensitivity. Especially given that the app turns off frequently after a short time (another bug)… it’s maybe 100 times more likely to miss a double tap, than detect one that wasn’t intentional so the sensitivity should definitely be adjusted way up!!!!!!!¡!¡i ADVICE: THE APP MUST BE INSTALLED from the App Store ON THE WATCH. At least this is the case if you got a new watch. It CANNOT be installed using the App Store on iPhone or the watch app on iPhone. THIS IS NOT DOCUMENTED ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE AND APPLE SUPPORT IS NOT AWARE OF THIS EITHER. It is now impossible to link it. If it is off and you click on link smartdrive it detects one that does not exist and if you do it with the smartdrive on it tells you that there are several smartdrives on. So unfortunately after two years of use I can no longer use my smartdrive while you do not look for the problem. Being able to use my watch to control the SmartDrive is truly life changing - I’m wearing the watch anyway and to be able to just integrate it into my normal routine is fabulous. The app works brilliantly well, I have a one off face set up with just the MX2+ complication on it so I can easily switch between regular watch life and the SmartDrive (and avoid any errant rogue taps causing random false starts etc etc) It’s great to be able to see the range and battery life etc and generally it’s just made my life 7836482 times better. I’ve had no trouble with connection issues, drop outs or anything of that nature. ### 5/5 — App is WORKING *2023-04-08* Hey everyone! I was having an issue that seems to be a common issue where people get a new watch or something like that and are unable to find the app on their watch. I called Apple support and one of the technical advisers helped me through it. You have to go into the App Store on the actual Apple Watch and download it that way. As soon as we got the Smartdrive we dreamed that there would be an Apple Watch controller one day. Well here we are and it’s perfect. Initially when I received it I hated the fact that the smartdrive was only setup to work with android and there was nothing we could do to get it to work on iOS with Apple products. This was a huge issue for me because the android watch used to work the smartdrive itself really sucked. The interface was not good, the app would constantly close in the middle of my using my smartdrive, and last but not least… the watch would overheat everytime I went to go charge it and eventually the battery life just died out. All these problems are now in the past because the new iOS Apple app has released and now the smartdrive works with my Apple Watch. I no longer have to rely on that android watch to use my smartdrive. The new app interface is awesome and easy to use.
