No complaints at all. Once a switch malfunctioned during warranty and it was quickly replaced. I am controlling 36 devices in our home through these switches. I am happy with product as well app. But if you need suggestion to improve your product. I would like to suggest some points which I feel will help us to use this app with more easy way. 1. Add custom image option from photo album which can be real image of our product. 2. UI can be design more beautifully bcoz now it is giving gradient colours shade display feeling. 3. Power usage option is good in new app but if it can do proper calculation of costing as per our electricity bill than it will be good to know which switch is taking how much unit and costing. Like in bill we get minimum unit with minimum charges later as unit increase the rate of charges also increase in electricity bill. The bill work with slab option. 4. Kindly try to add electric daily consumption option which will show which switch is taking how much kWh. Over all I am very happy with this app.. I will be very happy to better this ratings soonest. The hardware is excellent beyond any doubt especially with the new configurability. Z-wave, zigbee with latest WiFi 6 support may make it future proof/ready. In my opinion the current pricing can absorb these improvements. The appliances tab is welcome addition. It could be still better if the status of on/off buttons are animated or appropriately colour coded. More liberal customisation capabilities will make bring app on par with the giants from home automation field.
