Remotely monitor temperature and time of foods being cooked on your smart device. The Smart Thermometer is programmable to exact temperatures of various meats, foods, and candy and will display the current and the set temperatures. Two different foods can be monitored at one time with the two high temp cords. For convenience, the oven temperature can be monitored at the same time. The app is the vehicle to program the temperatures and shows a visual reference of current and set temperatures. 9 meat and 7 candy presets are available via the app. An independent timer function is also available. When the food has reached the programmed temperature, the app will also keep history of what was cooked – a photo can be taken of the food for a visual reference. App wouldn’t connect when I purchased it.. emailed support, they fixed it within 24hrs. Great response! Works great now.. Agree with others, the manual and FAQ link within the app do not work.. otherwise five stars ### 2/5 — Keeps timing out *2017-03-12, version 1.7* It times out every 10 mins. It’s great to have the thermometer next to the range and the temperature visible on my iPhone throughout the house. Extremely useful. I missed the update for Thanksgiving,and used a Taylor Instant Read thermometer instead, but will now bake with the SmarTemp from now on. ### 1/5 — Won't work or connect *2015-11-17, version 1.5* The app shuts down every time I try to connect Bluetooth.
