Told by support to delete app and reinstall. Why? Take an age to reset up. Irritating. ### 3/5 — Bugs galore *2019-10-30, version 1.7.8* Seems to have lost some functionality as certain features don’t work. For example I can’t boil the kettle from the main screen, I have to press “keep warm” for it to start. ### 1/5 — Troublesome gimmick *2019-08-19, version 1.7.8* Not even a week old and my app no longer connects to my coffee machine, uninstalled and reinstalled, reset, and still nothing! If I wanted a coffee machine that didn’t have a phone function I would have saved at least 60 quid, I’ll definitely be taking this back. ### 3/5 — When it works it’s great... but fix the screen for iPhone X *2019-06-26, version 1.7.8* Works well unless your Wi-fi goes down, then you have to switch off and on again. But biggest pain is when I check how full the kettle is before boiling - when you try to go back to screen to get it to boil, the X to close the window and return is top left and too high for iPhone X (etc). So was sent the 2nd generation to replace it. The kettle it’s self was so much better. But the app is awful and I can’t put the kettle around the house like I used to. Please can you update this app. I do not want to have to buy the 3rd generation kettle just to be able to use my kettle as it should be. Thank you. I press the button and it works. But when I go to use this app it is always disconnected from the device. I tap reconnect and it just spins and spins. It was quicker to go physically boil the kettle yourself than to have to constantly reconnect the thing. The lid also became loose so when you pour the water it leaked out of the lid. I also asked twice if it was on their end or mine. No reply. It’s still under warranty. But getting a replacement won’t work if the software issue is on their part. Apps works perfectly, seamlessly connects to my iPhone and allows me to boil the kettle from anywhere in the home. My favourite features are the Wake-up mode which boils the kettle as soon as my alarm goes off and the home mode which asks if I want my kettle boiled just as I arrive home!
