Do your own property inspections, check-in, check-out by taking pictures and uploading to create a professionally formatted report. Your tenants can also send you pictures they took which creates a professionally formatted inspection report - especially useful where visiting properties is not recommended or possible. It is used with ease by private landlords and includes advanced features for property managers and student accommodation agents - our app allows tagging images and creating even more useful professional inspection / inventory reports. Tagged images are listed in separate section on the report, giving quick access to any issues and the system allows automatic emailing of tagged images to customised email address as well as following up on the issues. Help is available by phone if required. I have started doing my own inventories with this app, rather than use an inventory company. I find the inventory report /check out is much clearer for the tenant to see the condition of the property when moving in and any damage when vacating. It’s honestly a joke that I can’t at least store completed reports on my phone. To then also delete them without my permission on the website is just plain stupid. Never using or paying for smarter inventories again it’s outdated and there’s better out there. Don’t waste your time , I can’t even retrieve my deleted reports which makes life harder. ### 5/5 — Mr Nathan *2021-04-18, version 3.0* One of the most easiest inventory apps I’ve ever used and tried. Very fast, efficient and easy navigation. The customer support is second to none. Always very helpful and friendly for advice and help. What’s also great is that there are many payment packages to choose from. From a one off payment to very reasonable monthly packages for unlimited use.
