## What is Smartex?

Meet at a trade show. Keep the conversation going in Smartex, with contacts, messages and meeting materials in one place.

Exchange contact details by QR code. Open a contact to see their company details, share a catalogue or presentation, and add a note about the meeting.

Follow up as a team. Company employees share the chat history and can reply to a conversation started by a colleague. Each person chooses their own favourite chats and notification settings.

Record a meeting and return to the details later. Smartex prepares the original transcript, a cleaned version and a summary of the topics and agreements. Transcripts are available to the company that made the recording; the summary is saved with the meeting materials.

Before the show, complete your company profile and add the files you want to share. Meeting recording requires company access at the exhibition. Download the speech recognition model in Settings ahead of time. Transcription runs on your device; text processing and summaries need an internet connection.
